The village of Rang

RANG is a village of 450 inhabitants located in the Doubs valley.

History & cultural heritage : Located on the old Roman way linking Besançon to the Rhine river, Rang used to be the domain of l'Isle sur le Doubs . The village church is a classic example of 18th century architecture.

Places of interest : Caves, the banks of the river Doubs , the canal linking the Rhone and Rhine rivers, the fountain of the Lions. Several beautiful fountains ornate the village.
